Ready for a breakthrough with the strategic focus on Long Son Petroleum Industrial Zone

On May 27, Long Son Petroleum Industrial Zone Investment Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: PXL) successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), approving critical strategic resolutions and marking a turning point from the investment preparation phase to the deployment cycle of its key project.

Overview of PXL's 2026 Annual General Meeting held on May 27.
Conducted in a hybrid format of in-person attendance and online voting, the Meeting took place in an atmosphere of open and substantive discussion, ensuring the highest standards of democracy, fairness, and transparency. With a high consensus rate, the AGM approved all reports and proposals, outlining a clear development roadmap for the Company in the coming period.

2026: Aiming for breakthrough growth
The AGM unanimously approved the business plan with a total revenue target of VND 113.53 billion (an 84% increase year-on-year) and an expected profit after tax of VND 1.26 billion. The short-term growth driver stems from accelerating sales and recognizing transfer revenue from PXL's existing projects.
Sharing at the AGM, Mr. Luong Thanh Tung - Chairman of PXL's Board of Directors (BOD), stated that alongside the growth target, one of the key missions identified for the upcoming period is to completely resolve all outstanding debts and pending capital contributions. This aims to optimize cash flow, establish a solid and transparent financial foundation, and protect the long-term interests of shareholders.

Creating long-term momentum from Long Son Petroleum IZ
In 2026, PXL will concentrate its resources on its strategic spearhead: accelerating the deployment of the Long Son Petroleum Industrial Zone project (850 hectares in scale) in Long Son Commune, Ho Chi Minh City. According to Mr. Dinh Van Hiep - General Director of PXL, the project is oriented to become a leading high-tech industrial park in the region, capable of attracting major technology corporations such as Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. Mr. Hiep emphasized that one of the greatest advantages of Long Son Petroleum Industrial Zone lies in its coastal location. This condition is particularly suitable for developing Data Centers thanks to the ability to optimize cooling solutions and easily connect to international submarine fiber optic cables routing to Malaysia and Singapore. Concurrently, PXL is actively finalizing investment preparations for strategic subdivisions, including a Hyperscale Data Center and an AI factory, closely adhering to the orientation of smart infrastructure investment and sustainable development.
